Enterprise ERP Integration for a Large-Scale Sports Retailer
About the Client and Project
Aquamatrix.bg is a specialized online store for ski, snowboard, cycling and outdoor equipment with an international presence. The challenge for GS Vision was to connect the PrestaShop platform with an enterprise ERP system and build infrastructure for cross-border international sales.
🛠️ What We Built:
NetSuite ERP integration — We developed a two-way connection with Oracle NetSuite — an enterprise-grade cloud ERP. Products, prices, attributes, categories and stock are updated asynchronously in real time. B2B pricing for corporate clients is also managed centrally from the ERP system.
International logistics — We integrated an international courier for European deliveries and a local courier for Bulgaria, with full multi-currency and address logic support.
EU VAT OSS compliance — We implemented automatic VAT logic based on buyer location and status — different rules for private individuals and VAT-registered businesses across EU member states.
Multilingual and international market — The platform operates simultaneously in Bulgarian and English to serve international customers.
Privacy-first analytics — We integrated a self-hosted analytics platform and Google Consent Mode v2 for full compliance with European privacy requirements.
Visual page builder — We implemented and maintain a page builder solution for flexible management of landing pages and promotional content without coding.
Platform upgrades — Throughout the partnership the store has undergone multiple migrations to the latest versions of PrestaShop, preserving all customisations, integrations and data with each upgrade.
