About the Client and Project
Revita.bg is the official importer and distributor of leading international dietary supplement and vitamin brands. The platform simultaneously serves end consumers, healthcare professionals and multiple external sales channels — marketplaces, pharmacy chains and distributors.
🛠️ What We Built:
Omnichannel distribution — We integrated sales across multiple channels simultaneously: the own store, leading regional marketplaces, pharmacy chains and distribution partners — with centralized stock and pricing management.
Bank payment integrations — We implemented virtual POS terminals from leading Bulgarian banks, as well as buy-now-pay-later payments via a BNPL platform.
B2B portal for healthcare professionals — We built a dedicated section for doctors and pharmacists with separate access, verification and personalized content.
Loyalty programme — A custom loyalty points module linked to orders and customer groups.
Marketing ecosystem — Technical implementation of retargeting and SEO agency tasks: GA4 dataLayer, product feeds for social networks and search engines, schema markup and crawl management.
Health Encyclopedia — We developed and maintain an extensive blog section with digital brochures and magazines as a content marketing tool.
