About the Client and Project
Vodo.bg is an established online store for footwear, clothing and accessories, offering over a thousand active models across five European markets. GS Vision has been developing and maintaining the platform since 2015 — one of our longest-running partnerships, spanning multiple versions, feature expansions and market launches.
🛠️ What We Built:
Multi-market architecture — We built and maintain a synchronized network of localized stores for Bulgaria, Greece, Romania, Hungary and Poland. Product catalogs, inventory and promotions are managed centrally and distributed automatically across all markets.
Custom "Quick Order" module — We developed a proprietary one-step purchasing flow tailored to the fashion niche — allowing customers to buy by size instantly, bypassing the standard checkout process.
Marketing ecosystem — We integrated a full marketing stack: Releva (AI personalization), OneSignal (push notifications), Profitshare (affiliate marketing), Google Tag Manager, GA4 and dynamic product feeds for Google Merchant Center and Meta.
Courier integrations — Automated shipping label generation and delivery management via InOut and Speedy.
Platform for new brands — The infrastructure we built has been used to launch additional specialized stores on the same technical foundation.
